Discovery

Scope the work. Understand the business. Name the things that could go wrong. Write a brief that a third party could execute from.

Design

2 to 4 weeks

Design in code, not in a dead Figma file. Grid, type, component library. One or two sharp design options — not eight watered-down ones.

  • Design system (tokens, type, grid)
  • Designed pages with real content
  • Written rationale for every major call
Client owns
  • Real content (or the brief to write it)
  • Timely review
  • Signoff per design milestone
STAGE 03 · 03/05

Build

4 to 8 weeks

Ship it, per milestone, tagged stable after each success. Every merge to main goes to a preview deploy before production.

  • Code, CI/CD, infrastructure
  • Weekly progress update
  • All technical decisions

  • Fast feedback on preview links
  • Availability for scope calls
STAGE 04 · 04/05

Launch

1 to 2 days

DNS cut-over on the calm day of the week. Cache purged. Analytics verified. A rollback plan on the table before we cut. Nothing dramatic.

STAGE 05 · 05/05

Support

Ongoing (month-to-month)

A retainer if you need one — small fixes, monthly SEO review, content pipeline. Or everything packaged up and handed off. Your call; both work.
